Chef Kevin Lindee

Chef Kevin Lindee is the owner and chocolatier of local Minnesota company, Ganache: Truffles for Every Occasion, LLC. After rejecting two music scholarships to pursue a BS in Culinary Management and an AA in Baking and Pastry, Kevin’s passion for culinary arts flourished as he began creating specialty confections and unique desserts. He creates distinctive flavor profiles and contemporary combinations while infusing modern techniques in every tantalizing treat. By introducing herbs, spices, exotic fruits, and savory applications, Kevin creates seasonal and refreshing concepts that are comforting and delicious. 

Kevin's work has been featured on various local publications as well as national wedding blogs and earned himself multiple awards including “Best Confection” at the 2011 Taste of Chocolate, Bloomington, MN and the following year was awarded the “People’s Choice.” Kevin was recently selected to compete at the 2014 Pastry Live competition held in Atlanta,GA for the title of Chocolatier of the Year. He continues to grow in the industry and has many goals for the future. As a seasonal pastry competitor, he hopes to compete on an international stage and become a certified master chocolatier. He states, “My ultimate goal is to educate the public about delicious dessert options and to introduce flavor profiles that are amazing!”

Kevin creates exceptional desserts by expanding as a boutique dessert caterer focusing on truffles, confections, cupcakes, wedding cakes, dessert stations, and international desserts for that 'one-of-a-kind' dessert experience. With his formal training, he experiments with new flavors and unique compositions to make each tasting experience memorable. He is a proud member of many wedding networking groups and his work has been featured on,,, and His professional networks have led him to become a member of Fine Chocolate Industry Association.
